Integrating Remedial Massage therapy and a deep love for lifelong learning, Kaitlyn brings together professional training and intuitive insight. Her approach is warm, open, and supportive, always aiming to create a space where you feel safe, cared for, and seen.

Every session is an opportunity to help you release tension, restore balance, and uncover new ways to thrive. Once the body has been assessed, my techniques throughout a session will consist of trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, pin and stretch techniques, reflexology, card readings and more!

Offerings now include deluxe whole-body relaxation, intuitive massage, point of tension focused for those that are time short.

Both travel to you and within a home based location.

Joy filled being honouring the sacred land, in which I get to live, love and learn on. You will usually find me by the sea-shore, dancing with the waves! Or on the grass performing some gentle yoga flow, followed by an evening read with tea. I offer a combination of remedial massage, body work, while being intuitively guided by spirit. In each session I endure to create a warm, loving, soul nourishing experience. Within a home space where the land is healthy, fertile, and sun drenched.
